Live machine data on the shopfloor

LISA IoT and machine data acquisition are revolutionizing the production landscape by capturing and analyzing real-time data directly from machines and systems to display at the shopfloor management. By using smart I/O receivers, a wide variety of systems can be integrated in a technically straightforward manner. This technological approach provides the user with deep insights into the status and performance of the machines. With LISA IoT-supported data acquisition, production becomes more efficient, more transparent and better prepared for future challenges.

Standardised integration

Using the LISA I/O receivers, a wide range of machine data can be accessed easily and efficiently.

Simple configuration

The "translation" of received data can be freely configured in LISA and assigned to machines.

Quality and maintenance

Native modules to simplify interfaces between production and support functions within the organization.

and much more

LISA is constantly evolving to provide users with a solution for every situation in everyday life.

I/O-Receiver

Use our I/O receiver to connect your machines directly to LISA IoT via the Andon lamp.

This allows you to transfer all predefined machine statuses directly to LISA and analyse availability and OEE in real time.

IoT Dashboard

The machine dashboard

Overview of the production stock, machine data and history.

Production orders for each machine can be displayed and processed via the machine dashboard.

It also enables the display of real-time KPIs for the machines as well as a summary of the OEE and its progress over time.

Quality notifications

Create quality reports / error logs directly from the dashboard.

With LISA IoT, you have the option of digitally recording quality defects directly during ongoing production and forwarding them to your internal quality officer. The module works directly with the LISA ‘Quality’ extension module.

Decision tables

Actions can be derived from machine statuses using intelligent decision tables.

LISA IoT offers users the option of defining actions within the system that are automatically executed when the status of the respective machine changes. For example, a fault message can be created directly when the machine changes to ‘fault’ status.

With the IoT module in LISA, you can digitally integrate your machinery with minimal effort and track real-time data such as OEE and machine statuses.
