KPI-Board
The system provides a transparent visualization of all relevant key Indicators at a glance and in real time. It enables the aggregation and cascading of KPIs, allowing deeper analysis and categorization into specific categories such as safety (S), quality (Q), delivery (D), and cost (C).
Creating a KPI board requires minimal time, with 16 different modules currently available, including the circles (traffic lights) and chart visualizations, documents, Microsoft app integration, audits and quality notifications.
Up to nine categories and an unlimited number of lines can be displayed on one board. In addition, a customer-specific color concept can be implemented in accordance with the corporate identity (CI).
Problem-solving board / Action board
Each KPI board within the organization is linked to an individual problem-solving board, which enables clear tracking and effective management of outstanding problems and measures.
This creates transparency about tasks and their status for every employee and department. Tasks can be individually prioritized and, if necessary, escalated to other organizational units.
The system also offers an archive and a custom-generated knowledge database that makes the organization's accumulated knowledge and experience accessible in a structured manner.
