We are continuously developing LISA so that we can offer a wide range of extension modules. These support the core modules in the optimization of operational processes and information management on the shopfloor. The following extension modules, as well as others, can be added as required.

LISA | Problem-solving

The systematic and methodical approach to solving problems within the organization.

With the ‘Problem-solving’ module, additional methodological approaches such as the A3 or 8D method can be integrated directly into problem-solving on the shopfloor. The direct link between a method and the events created further strengthens problem-solving expertise within the organization.

In addition, customers' existing problem-solving approaches can be integrated into LISA in order to continue and utilize existing approaches.

Conducting audits via tablet or mobile phone with a direct link to shopfloor management.

The audit module supports the user in carrying out audits by providing a digital audit template on mobile devices.

The customer can define and use any number of audit templates within LISA.

The qualification matrix in LISA enables the maintenance of existing skills, competences and qualifications directly on the shopfloor.

The qualification matrix is an effective tool for the overview and management of employee qualifications and competences. It visualizes at a glance which skills are available and where there is a need for further training. In this way, the skills' matrix supports targeted training and optimized deployment planning in order to increase efficiency and flexibility in the team.

LISA | Quality

The module for creating quality notifications and forwarding them directly to the specialist department.

LISA enables quality notifications and incidents to be recorded directly on the shopfloor and pre-classified in accordance with company specifications. The notifications can either be discussed and processed directly in shopfloor management or forwarded to an existing tool.

Tracking of faults and failures with a direct link to shop floor management.

With LISA, faults on machines and systems can be recorded directly and assigned to the corresponding technical locations. The module also supports the allocation of maintenance orders, the planning of preventive maintenance measures and the recording of consolidated KPIs on the availability of the plant fleet.

LISA | Suggestion scheme

The link to the employee suggestion scheme directly from the shopfloor.

The employee suggestion scheme promotes the active participation of employees in the further development of the company. With LISA, employees can contribute their ideas for improving processes, products and working conditions directly from the shopfloor. Easy access also increases the participation rate.

LISA also offers a wide range of options for integrating and forwarding submitted suggestions directly into existing systems.
